Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver recovery-focused support services to help individuals achieve treatment goals and daily functioning.
• Build trust and engage clients, promoting engagement and self-advocacy.
• Assist clients in accessing community resources, healthcare, employment supports, and educational opportunities.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to develop service plans and coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services and client progress.
• Respond to crisis situations within training scope and provide supportive interventions.
