Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or clinical supervisor.
• Provide one-on-one behavioral support to students in educational settings.
• Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data and documentation.
• Support students in developing social, communication, and adaptive skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to promote student success.
• Help create positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environments.
