The Stepping Stones Group in Exton, PA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time role. You will implement behavior plans and provide one-on-one support to students in school settings, contributing to meaningful student outcomes.

• Support students in developing social, communication, and adaptive skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and school staff to promote student success.
• Help create positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environments.
