Job summary

National Therapy Center in Washington, DC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in a full-time role. You will work under supervision to implement individualized ABA therapy for children and families.

You must hold an active RBT certification and have at least one year of ABA experience; compensation ranges from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour, with benefits including paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification listed in BACB registry at time of hire.
• Minimum of one year of ABA therapy or related behavioral health experience.
• Available for both daytime and evening shifts.
• Reliable transportation to client sites.
• Able to maintain at least 30 billable hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions in home and clinic settings.
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans under supervision.
• Document session notes and data within 24 hours.
• Collect data and report progress to the BCBA.
• Participate in supervision and training to stay BACB compliant.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure consistent care.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
