Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings in Eastman, GA. You will collect data during sessions, write notes, and contribute to progress tracking under BCBA supervision.

The role supports a 3:00 pm–5:00 pm schedule, with part-time or full-time opportunities. Competitive hourly pay with shift differential and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 40-hour ABA training and be able to discuss ABA concepts.
• Valid RBT certification is required.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional is preferred.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings, including in-home, schools, and daycares.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Write detailed session notes documenting client development.
• Support families and communicate progress and needs to supervising BCBA.
