Achievements ABA Therapy in Forsyth, GA seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy in-home under BCBA supervision. You will implement ABA interventions, collect progress data, and coordinate with the clinical team to track outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in home and community settings.
• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition using our system.
• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate reporting.
• Complete daily progress notes and maintain client records to monitor progress.
