Job summary

Behavioral Family Solutions, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide in-home, onsite or community-based ABA therapy across South Florida. The role requires a BACB RBT credential and a high school diploma, with direct service experience strongly preferred.

You will work under BCBA supervision, travel to multiple locations daily, and adhere to ethical guidelines while building positive relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Must hold BACB RBT certification and be eligible to work in Florida.
• High School diploma with direct service experience to recipients with developmental or mental health needs.
• Certifications in mental health, developmental or intellectual disabilities, recipient’s rights, crisis management and confidentiality.
• English fluency is required; bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Show enthusiasm for the field of ABA.
• Create a fun and motivational environment in sessions.
• Demonstrate skills in reducing problem behaviors.
• Follow the individualized treatment plan and execute acquisition programs.
• Gather materials to be used in each session and document progress.
• Uphold the BACB ethical guidelines and confidentiality.
• Communicate frequently with BCBA and caregivers.
