Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and compassion when working with clients.
• Experience with ABA concepts and data collection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices and maintain client records.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
