Budding Stars ABA in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with clients in-home settings under BCBA guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Pass background check and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
