Job summary

Apex ABA Therapy is hiring a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) in Georgia to support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. You will implement ABA-based behavior strategies, assist in care plans, and work closely with families to promote meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Driver's license required.
• Completion of a 40-hour course.
• Ability to collect data and track progress.
• Collaborative work with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior management techniques per ABA principles.
• Assist in individualized care plan development and execution.
• Provide direct patient care using behavioral therapy methods.
• Support activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain accurate progress documentation and HIPAA compliance.
