Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings across Iowa. You will join a clinical team and implement skill-building plans while recording progress and engaging families.

No experience? No problem—paid training is provided. This part-time role offers flexible schedules, same-day pay, and opportunities to advance through BCBA-supported programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
