Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Keokuk, IA area. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children achieve meaningful goals under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or expected.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Paid training is provided for those new to the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
