Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving individualized goals. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, guided by evidence-based interventions and collaborative clinical plans.

The role emphasizes data collection, family engagement, and building client independence with a dedicated clinical team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Part-time positions with a 6 month commitment to the role.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one ABA services to clients using evidence based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
