Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for 1:1 ABA therapy with clients in-home. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and collect data on progress.

We value collaboration with families and a supportive team. A 40-hour ABA training and RBT certification are preferred, with transportation to local visits to support flexible, part-time engagements.

Qualifications

• Must have completed the 40-hour ABA training course.
• Best to have, or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives based on client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.
