Job summary

Kennedy ABA is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in the Winston-Salem area. This role provides 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings, under BCBA guidance. We support your development with paid training and certification assistance.

This position offers flexible scheduling, with a full-time option (35 hours/week) or part-time hours based on availability. A reliable vehicle and ability to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
