ASAT in Stamford, CT is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA, and collect progress data while collaborating with families and the team to ensure client success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Energetic and proactive RBT sought.
• ABA therapy experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethics for clients.
• Continue with professional development.
