Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Lawrenceburg, IN to work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings. Earn $20–$27 per hour with flexible schedules and ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Record client progress and ensure accurate records.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as required.
