Level Ahead ABA is growing and seeking RBTs to make a meaningful impact while working with a supportive, team-focused organization that values your contributions and professional growth.

This role primarily requires consistent afternoon and after-school availability, with schedules varying by client and location; you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implement ABA programs, collect data, and collaborate with BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Consistent afternoon and after-school availability.
• Reliable transportation to assigned service locations.
• Ability to meet applicable background-screening and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism in home and community settings.
• Implement ABA programs designed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and complete session documentation.
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and team.
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families.
