Aluma Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, or clinics. You will implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA and collect data on progress.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Pass background check required.
• Reliable transportation and able to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
