Job summary

VERITY BEHAVIORAL SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver behavioral therapy and support to children with developmental disabilities. This role requires implementing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with BCBAs to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Provide direct support to clients in home, school, and community settings.
• Monitor and document client progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
• Educate clients and their families on behavior management strategies and techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and reports as required.
• Assist in the development of new treatment strategies based on client needs and progress.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy.
