Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children. Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Provide direct support to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
  • Monitor and document client progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
  • Educate clients and their families on behavior management strategies and techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and reports as required.
  • Assist in the development of new treatment strategies based on client needs and progress.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy.
Requirements
