Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Registered Behavior Technicians in Dallas, TX. You will work one-on-one with children under a BCBA, implementing tailored behavior plans and teaching essential skills using evidence-based methods.

Qualified candidates are patient, team-oriented, and eager to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB tests, plus the RBT certification after onboarding. Pay ranges from $18 to $25 per hour, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test (within last year).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Candidates must obtain RBT certification after onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors as part of the plan.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor progress and adjust approaches.
