Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification is required.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings.
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session.
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Participate in the new hire check-in process.
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA.
