Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our field-based clinical team. Under the supervision of Physical Therapists, you will help patients improve mobility and daily living skills through therapeutic modalities and skilled treatment.

Requirements include a current PTA license in the state, a valid driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, reliable transportation, and the ability to drive in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• PTA works under the direction of Physical Therapists to treat patients with physical impairments using physical modalities.
• Assist patients to improve mobility, independence in self-care, and daily living skills.
