Job summary

Kei-Ai Los Angeles Healthcare Center in Los Angeles, CA is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position. You will work under a supervising licensed PT in a skilled nursing setting, delivering individualized therapy to residents and supporting long-term rehabilitation goals.

Focus is on evidence-informed interventions for strength, mobility, balance, and functional performance, with strong emphasis on documentation, HIPAA compliance, and multidisciplinary

Qualifications

Current California PTA license (active, pending, or unrestricted).
Graduate of an accredited PTA program (Associate degree).
Successful NPTE PTA exam completion.
Current CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

Implement resident treatment plans per care plan.
Deliver skilled interventions for strength, mobility, balance, and function.
Monitor/resident responses; report changes to supervising PT.
Educate residents/caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation per requirements.
Adhere to HIPAA, infection control, OSHA, and state practice standards.
Support discharge planning and care transitions, participate in meetings.
