• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop rehabilitation programs aligned with physician treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team to assess, implement, and revise therapy plans.
• Instructs, motivates, and assists patients with manual and non-manual therapeutic exercises.
• Administers manual therapeutic exercises to support patient recovery.
• Maintains required documentation, including progress notes and provider correspondence.
