Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Experience in rehabilitation is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ physical abilities and functional limitations, developing personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, options, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and plans.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to program improvement.
• Stay current with developments in physical therapy practices and integrate new techniques.
