Job summary

Aston Group in Florida is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The position offers full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts, with a focus on personalized wellness and rehabilitation services for diverse patients.

The role requires a Doctorate/Master in Physical Therapy, active Florida license, and successful completion of the national certification exam. You will work collaboratively to design tailored treatment plans and educate patients and families throughout recovery.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license in Florida required.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ medical histories and current physical conditions.
• Diagnose movement patterns by observing patients and listening to their concerns.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Establish clear goals and expected outcomes for each treatment plan.
• Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries.
• Educate patients and families on the recovery process and self-care techniques.
