Qualifications

• Hold or eligible to hold a valid Washington State ESA physical therapist certificate.
• Hold or eligible to hold a valid Washington State license to practice physical therapy.
• Regular attendance is required to ensure consistency for students and program.

Responsibilities

• Inform teachers and school personnel of physical therapy services.
• Assess functional capabilities of infants and toddlers on caseload.
• Develop and implement IFSP goals with measurable outcomes.
• Maintain EI documentation and progress notes.
• Collaborate as a multidisciplinary team to support goals.
• Travel within ESD 112 service area as needed.
