Join our team as an Early Intervention Physical Therapist, providing essential services to children aged birth to three in natural environments.

Responsibilities include conducting evaluations and assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans aligned with the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), and participating in family and caregiver education.

Qualifications:

Valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license or proof of license and eligibility, along with a qualifying degree in Physical Therapy. Candidates should possess effective communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills, demonstrate mature judgment, and treat clients with dignity, compassion, empathy, and respect. Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads is essential.

Key Duties Include

• Providing and directing physical therapy services to children.
• Performing evaluations and updating IFSPs.
• Establishing treatment schedules and delivering mandated services.
