• Maintains meticulous clinical documentation and medical records in EMR.
• Collaborates with psychologists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and treatment team to coordinate care.
• Ensures timely completion of medical records, assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and billing entries.
• Maintains licensure and supervision per Tennessee standards and coordinates referrals as needed.
