Job summary

DOF is seeking a Project Planner to join our Project Execution team in New Jersey. You will collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to develop detailed WBS and CBS, produce planning outputs and reports, and keep vessel and project schedules up to date.

The role emphasizes timely delivery and high quality across all tasks, with a focus on coordinating resources, tracking progress, and supporting stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Develop detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS).
• Create planning outputs and reports, manage vessel schedules, assist with resource planning.
• Keep project schedules up to date.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure alignment on planning activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules to support on-time delivery.
• Create and maintain WBS and CBS to support cost and schedule control.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to produce planning outputs.
