Qualifications
Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as a Project Engineer (or related role) on commercial and/or industrial projects.
Understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning.
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Excel.
Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in project coordination and administration.
Monitor project budgets and forecasting updates.
Review project plans and specifications for scheduling and cost savings.
Prepare and maintain project records, RFIs, and change order logs.
Ensure site safety compliance in conjunction with the Superintendent.
