Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience as a Project Engineer (or related role) on commercial and/or industrial projects.
• Understanding of construction terms, scheduling, and planning.
• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in project coordination and administration.
• Monitor project budgets and forecasting updates.
• Review project plans and specifications for scheduling and cost savings.
• Prepare and maintain project records, RFIs, and change order logs.
• Ensure site safety compliance in conjunction with the Superintendent.
