Qualifications

  • Candidate should possess excellent skills in mentoring, leadership, administration, supervision, written and oral communication, working with volunteers, business and personnel management, and computer proficiency.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of alcohol and drug abuse, knowledgeable with regard to substance abuse treatment, recovery and social/human services organizations.
  • Must possess skills in cultural competency and have a working knowledge of the communities within Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Summit Counties in Northeast Ohio.
  • Must obtain and maintain a valid drivers license with safe driving record

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative aspects of the project and ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations.
  • Supervise staff, coordinate program activities, oversee evaluation, and build partnerships with treatment, recovery, and funding entities in the tri-county area.
  • Prepare and submit federal reports, manage contractual relationships, and assist sustainability plans.
