Job summary

Sevita is seeking a Program Supervisor to lead a care team in our Heights program. You will oversee staff, support ISP implementation, and assist individuals with daily activities including meals, medication, and personal care. This role balances direct support with supervision and program activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year related work experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and support a range of admin duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Assist individuals with daily activities: meal planning/prep, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance direct support with professional/program duties and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or arranging transportation.
