Job summary

Northwest Colorado Health is seeking a PRN 2 as needed" Dentist with passion and skills to deliver high quality healthcare. This part-time, in-person role supports four clinic locations serving the community in Colorado.

You will join a diverse team to provide comprehensive dental care and education to underserved populations, while maintaining accurate records and supervising staff. The position offers a salary range of $70.02-$103.99 per hour with eligibility for our 403(b) Retirement Plan.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Dental School program including residency.
• Experience with Electronic Dental Records required; experience with Dentrix and eCW preferred.
• Two years post-graduate practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive coordinated and team-based care preventive dental services to ethnically diverse patient populations across the lifespan.
• Records patient-dentist transactions as they occur in the patient’s dental record so that the dental record accurately and completely reflects the nature of the contact, the condition of the patient and the care or treatment provided.
• Provides clinical supervision for Dental Assistants and other health professionals requiring formal and informal dental oversight according to the Colorado Dental Board Rules and Regulations.
• Assists in the provision of technical assistance and health education to the community as requested.
