Qualifications

• Current state licensure required; board certification or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Treats a mixed patient population across gender, age and ethnicity.
• Performs physical examinations, minor procedures and preventive health measures.
• Orders and analyzes tests and imaging to inform patient condition.
• Develops treatment plans and prescribes or recommends therapies under supervision.
• Records findings in the electronic chart and communicates with patients about prevention.
• Participates in clinic quality initiatives and team meetings.
• Performs other duties to support CHAS Health mission and core values.
