Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner license required from an accredited program.
• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical license.
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain before start date.
• BLS certification required; commitment to high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan.
• Assist with acute and chronic disease diagnosis and management.
• Emphasize preventive care and population health.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
