Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic Medical Group is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to support ongoing primary care expansion across the Pennsylvania market. You will provide comprehensive care for patients across the lifespan and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in an integrated care setting.

Eligible candidates possess an NP license and PA license eligibility, current DEA and BLS, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner license from an accredited institution.
• Eligible for Pennsylvania licensure.
• Current DEA license or ability to obtain before start date.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan.
• Assist with acute and chronic diagnosis and management of conditions.
• Emphasize preventive care and population health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
