Qualifications

• B.S. in Early Childhood or related field with 12 ECE credits.
• 1 year related experience in an Early Childhood Program.
• Demonstrated emotional maturity and stability.
• Ability to work in a warm, supportive and positive manner with parents, children and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information.

Responsibilities

• Plans in conjunction with Team Group and conducts daily classroom activities promoting development in social, emotional, intellectual and physical areas.
• Prepares supplies and materials; plans and implements field trips.
• Administers and/or assists in developmental screenings as required.
• Maintains educational files and records for each child.
• Supervises students during drills, functions, field trips, and non-classroom activities.
• Participates in team home visits, parent conferences, child studies, and parent meetings.
