Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active Texas State Bar license in good standing.
- Ability to manage a caseload independently within a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and advocacy.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury caseload from intake to settlement.
- Review files to identify issues and develop case strategies.
- Communicate case updates and settlement offers to clients.
- Conduct legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Review work product for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to staff involved in pre-litigation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
