Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Valid State of Tennessee teaching certificate with appropriate endorsement.
• Or a any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.

Responsibilities

• Maintains licensure and ensures timely documentation for qualification status.
• Follow district curricula and pacing guides.
• Plan and deliver language arts, physical education, art, music, health and other instruction.
• Supervise students at meals and during the day to ensure safety.
• Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, newsletters, and home visits.
• Collaborate with staff to support learning plans and interventions.
