The Prospective Group (TPG) is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Center for Analytics program at the Department of State, focusing on policy papers, memos, talking points, and decision papers. Qualifications
- More than 2 years of experience in delivering communications and analyst services to clients.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
Responsibilities
- Review policy papers, briefing materials and official correspondence for clarity and accuracy.
- Draft memos, talking points, and decision papers for senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Translate technical, policy, or operational content into clear, actionable language for decision-makers.
- Conduct technical reviews to adhere to organizational standards.
- Monitor clearance timelines to maintain efficiency.
- Collaborate with SMEs, technical teams, and policy advisors to incorporate feedback and produce polished documents.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for critical briefings and meetings.
