Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant to work in-facility, reporting to the Director of Rehab. You will implement therapy programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments to help patients regain strength and function.

You will be part of a patient-centered team, focusing on holistic care and individualized plans to restore mobility and wellness across diverse settings. We welcome new grads with our mentorship program and ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. You will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments.
• You're a healer and a helper, which is why you got into this line of work.
• You're equally adept at addressing the whole patient and seeing them as an individual. You know your goal is to execute a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities.
• You're adaptable to the needs of the patient and can find joy in the variety of the work and the settings.
