Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in the United States is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support patient mobility and quality of life in home-based care settings. Under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists, you will help patients regain independence through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and assistive devices, while promoting safety and compassionate care.

This role requires an active PTA license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work across weather

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with physical impairments under the direction of Physical Therapists.
• Help improve mobility, independence in self-care, and daily living skills.
• Support home-based care goals and patient progress.
