Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy in an Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care setting. You will deliver direct PT services under the supervision of a licensed PT, participate in evaluations, and implement treatment plans while maintaining strong relations with residents and staff.

Responsibilities include supervising rehab techs, ensuring accurate documentation and billing, and promoting patient-centered care within community
