Job summary

Qualifications

• Master degree in physical therapy and active state licensure.
• 0–1 years of experience in PT preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Licensure in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehab needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation per policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
