HCA Houston Healthcare Tomball is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to help patients regain strength and mobility after illness, injury, or surgery. You will assess individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Working within our national network, you’ll use advanced rehabilitation technology and commit to ongoing professional development, growing through collaboration and compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (LPT) required.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities and develop personalized treatment plans with physicians and the care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to restore movement and reduce pain.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families on exercise programs and safe techniques.
• Collaborate across disciplines for cohesive, patient-centered care.
• Lead by example and mentor therapy assistants or students.
