Job summary

Origin Travel Nurses is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist in Fairfax, Virginia, to provide comprehensive therapy services per state regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, developing treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore mobility.

You will need to have graduated from an APTA-accredited program and hold an active state PT license. The position also requires strong communication skills and a flexible approach to varying patient needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment/discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
