Qualifications

• Infant, Pediatric, and Adolescent units experience encouraged; Home Health requires driving and car insurance

Responsibilities

• Administers standard formal evaluations as appropriate based on patient age and diagnosis.
• Completes documentation in a timely manner with progress toward functional goals.
• Plans and executes individualized treatment programs following physician orders.
• Performs therapy procedures safely and trains patients/families in daily care activities.
• Supervises aides and assistants and contributes to department education.
